I love the water, particularly rivers.  It’s where I go to rejuvenate.  There is something completely mesmerizing about moving effortlessly between river banks and canyon walls.  The water is cleansing whether it be the crystal clear blue water of the Skykomish River or the muddy silty water of the Colorado River.

I love the adrenaline pumping fear of dropping into a class V as much as I cherish popping a drink at beer-thirty after breaking camp and a late morning launch.

The only thing that makes me happier than being on the river is sharing it with my family and friends.  This site is for sharing my favorite experiences with old, new and soon-to-be river companions.
